Use of Our Website
All content on this website including text, graphics, branding, images, templates, layouts, and digital materials is owned by VíER Consulting LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of our content without written permission.
Service Agreements
All services such as branding, website design, marketing, consulting, and professional services require a signed agreement or digital approval. Work begins only after the necessary information, payment, or deposit is received.
Deliverables, timelines, and project expectations are outlined clearly in each service agreement or proposal.
Payments and Refunds
Invoices must be paid on time as stated on the invoice terms. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit.
Once a project has started, payments are non-refundable due to time, strategy, and resources allocated to your project.
If a client cancels a project mid-process, the client is responsible for any completed work or hours already performed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to
• Provide accurate information and required materials in a timely manner
• Communicate project changes or approvals promptly
• Review all deliverables such as logos, content, designs, and website pages before final approval
• Understand that delays in communication or approvals may impact project timelines
Intellectual Property
All concepts, drafts, mockups, and creative work remain the property of VíER Consulting LLC until the project is fully paid.
Once paid in full, the final approved deliverables become the client’s property. Drafts or unused concepts remain owned by VíER Consulting LLC.
VíER Consulting LLC reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website and Digital Services
For website projects
• Clients are responsible for their domain, hosting, and any third-party apps or plugins
• We do not guarantee third-party platform performance or uptime
• Final website responsibilities such as updates, changes, or maintenance after project completion fall to the client unless a maintenance plan is purchased
Marketing and Strategy Services
Results such as engagement, website traffic, SEO ranking, or revenue growth are not guaranteed.
We provide quality work and strategy but cannot control external factors such as industry changes, client consistency, or platform algorithms.
Content and File Delivery
Final files will be provided in the appropriate formats once the project is approved and paid in full.
VíER Consulting LLC is not responsible for lost files after delivery. We recommend saving all assets in multiple safe locations.
Limitations of Liability
VíER Consulting LLC is not liable for
• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website
• Losses related to delays caused by client inaction
• Third-party issues such as hosting, platform errors, or software failures
• Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a project if a client violates these terms or engages in disrespectful or harmful behavior. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid by the client.
Changes to These Terms
VíER Consulting LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
